This is not fast, disposable design — and it’s not about chasing trends. The work here is intentional, grounded, and built to last. You don’t need to arrive with perfect ideas or polished language. We figure things out together, at a pace that feels sustainable.
This studio is openly inclusive and welcoming of neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, and community‑minded clients.

Projects are structured and clearly scoped. You’ll know what’s included, how long things take, and what decisions you’re being asked to make.

Anchors & Lipsticks is run by Gillian, a designer working across branding, illustration, and custom design.
The focus here is helping people make sense of complex ideas and turn them into visuals that feel steady, expressive, and livable — whether that’s a brand identity or a physical piece.
